There is many skills that are valued by the industry some of these are ; having a good working knowledge , good communication with people.
They have to possess update knowledge of all working practices and procedures including health and safety.
These are the types of this skills that employers will look at their work.

General Skills
General skills may be used in everyday life. For this example is ; surfing the internet and communicating with people.

Being able to adapt to the different operating conditions, it will be easier for future work because the employee is demanding must forget that he has an exclusive mode of operation in good business conditions.

Problem solving is important in the work you do, because it leads to further your job you do. With troubleshooting you need

D1.

A system administrator

is a person employed to maintain and operate a computer system and/or network. System administrators may be members of an information technology (IT) or Electronics and Communication Engineering department.

The duties of a system administrator are wide-ranging, and vary widely from one organization to another. Other duties may include scripting or light programming, project management for systems-related projects, supervising or training computer operators, and being the consultant for computer problems beyond the knowledge of technical support staff.

To perform his or her job well, a system administrator must demonstrate a blend of technical skills and responsibility.

I think this is suitable job for those characteristics  that I suggest in P1 .

- That person should be chill when she came to job like always going to sleep at right time, drink coffe at the morning and also breakfast because this is the most important meal of the day , always be organised for the next day in work,  she/he should know what she/he
 suppose to do like asking
the Boss what can
do to achieve that, then probably Boss can be the right person she/he can advise also if your motivated and happy you
do the work to the best of your ability instead of just doing it because you
have to. Changes your attitude wich effects customer relations.
If your motivated
 you can get more accomplished
 in a shorter amount
of time, giving you more time to focus on other tasks as well. "Time is money"

MAKE TO DO LIST ?

The best thing to do will be take time either at the beginning of the day or just before you go home, to list what you need to do.
Try to put items in order of importance. You always stay on top of your
workload if you can reference a list and you get a great sense of satisfaction ever
time you cross something off.

              Touch things once ?

That ifyou are being organised is all about making decisions, thats up to you,  so deal with tasks as they arrive. If a piece of
paper crosses your desk, don’t pick it up, wonder what to do with it and put
it down again. Decide what to do with it, then do it, schedule time to do it, file it or bin it.

  1. D1 is good apart from the last bit: "That person should be chill when she came to job , always be organised, she/he should know what she/he suppose to do." Can you please explain this part a bit better. Thank you. Good effort so far.
